    For once, I chose a book on the comments of other people, and I am very satisfied with this decision.   3. I read a copy of my doctors SOS Help for Emotions. My wife is bi-polar and my son is suffering from schizophrenia. This book helped me to talk about yourself, we do not have a problem that we understand. There are problems all the time, it’s about itself, what we do, that caused the most problems with the solution. This book helped me with both my wife and my son’s illness, because I help to analize and to improve their own language section to find a problem with one side, or not that dangerous they do. What we think most of the time poses a problem, even worse than it should be, if we understand the problem and think positively that came out of the problem than it would have been . I am not a doctor or a psychologist, I’m just a family member who cares deeply for my family and want their lives less stressful than I can.

    I came across this book and bought it because it looked interesting. This book changed my life and an integral part of my favorite books (I have so many books that I keep those I did not really like). I do not delete this box! This book teaches you to keep your emotions, something that was never taught me in life, but it is the most important part of a healthy mind and life to manage.

    I refer you to the book where I feel or if I have a reminder of the principles. I read over and over again, and I can say I would never become my bulimia without him. I now know how to live life without food to manage my feelings. Because life is all about how you use them, not what happens to you. The book teaches how to manage something, you have the power. You no longer feel deprived.
